Attention Brewers!!
Boiling Pot Brewing Company are looking to expand our brewing team. We are a small independent brewery located in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. We are wanting to talk to experienced well-organised brewers who can hit the ground running. Professional brewing experience is necessary and a formal brewing education is preferred but not necessary.
The successful applicant will be involved with all aspects of brewery operations predominantly:
- Scheduling
- Procurement of raw materials
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Inventory management
- Logistics
- Process review and continuous improvement
- Quality assurance and sensory analysis
- All aspects of the brewing process
Our ideal applicant would:
- Be organised
- Be passionate about all aspects of brewery life
- Be physically fit and able to perform all tasks required in the brewery
- Be fastidious about quality control and continuous improvement
- Enjoy the creative aspect of recipe development
- Have a positive attitude and approach to their work and others
