Sydney's One Dro Brewing Co make a wide range of beers that include crisp lagers, fruit-filled sours and hoppy beers featuring their recently-developed Clean Fusion technique. 

If you'd like to sell their beer in their home state, they're hiring a sales rep. 


JOB DESCRIPTION: NSW Sales Rep 

Founded on the same ideals of community, one love, free-thinking and good times found in reggae music, we exist to bring people together over mind-bending brews enjoyed with great music and a mean feed. 

Drawing inspiration from the signature ‘one drop’ beat that runs throughout, the Taproom is an oasis of chilled vibes with a rotating roster of live music - and some of  Sydney’s best food trucks. Owned by Botany locals, since our start in Botany NSW (2019) in 2019, we’ve wanted to create something for the community – a local product to be proud of. 

From crisp, delicate lagers to fresh and lively IPAS and vivid fruited sours, we’re driven to “Keep it flowing” - and we’ll never stop creating, pushing and evolving.  

THE POSITION 

We are seeking a full-time experienced sales representative to help drive sales in New South Wales across both the On-Premise and Off-Premise markets. As the first sales representative for One Drop Brewing Co., your role will focus on maintaining and growing our existing customer base, building new business through new and existing relationships, and driving trial and awareness through tastings, events and tap takeovers. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum of three years proved sales experience across the beer, cider or spirits  industry 
  • Passion for craft beer and an in-depth knowledge of the NSW On and Off-Premise trade 
  • Carry a current Driver’s Licence 
  • Customer focused mentality to drive successful outcomes for customer and  business 
  • Ability to work autonomously and develop sales initiatives to hit sales targets
  • Strong communication, time management and organisational skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Working with our Head of Sales your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing distributions and volume of both core range and limited release  beers in NSW 
  • Achieve a minimum number of sales call per week 
  • Support new and existing customers 
  • Engage and grow relationships with key customer groups.
