Job Description: Brand Ambassador NSW

Two Bays Brewing Co. is Australia’s market-leading and fastest-growing brewer of gluten-free craft beers. Proudly independent, our mission is to deliver a great craft beer experience to the gluten-free community, right across Australia.
Richard Jeffares, Founder and CEO, was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2015 and has been creating the highest quality, gluten-free craft beer ever since. After a global tour of the best gluten-free breweries, Richard decided to create a similar experience in Australia – a brewery that would make not only great craft beer using gluten-free malts but also a taproom where gluten-free consumers can safely experience the wonderful world of craft beer.
Two Bays is enjoying huge growth in all states of Australia, across the Retail and On-Premise segments. Innovation and representation have been drivers of our success in New South Wales, and we now need help to take it to the next level! And that’s why we’ve created the opportunity for a new Brand Ambassador to join the Two Bays team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Managing a territory which mostly consists of Sydney’s CBD, the Eastern Suburbs, Shire and further South and West, our Brand Ambassador will be responsible for delivering high growth rates, by managing an existing group of accounts and winning new business. Beyond this, the new Brand Ambassador will look after all the merchandising and trade education work for major retail chains in NSW.
You will also assist in managing our events program for NSW – gluten-free events, tap takeovers, beer events, food events and beer tastings – whatever we agree is the best way to get our beer into the hands of a consumer!
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the growth of our business in the assigned territory. You will be focused on the number of outlets stocking our range and the volume per outlet. No two days will be the same, as we are growing fast and need to be super responsive to opportunities.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re a small team, so we’re looking for someone who can think strategically but doesn’t mind getting hands-on.
The successful candidate will have:
- Hospitality experience, or beer/liquor experience
- A passion for dealing with people
- A strong and persuasive communication style
- The ability to take responsibility for your territory, and the autonomy to oversee its growth
- The ability to grow business by developing strong and lasting relationships with existing clients
You’ll also need:
- A current NSW Drivers Licence
- A current RSA certification
- A willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends for events (days off in lieu), and be OK to travel occasionally..... mostly within NSW, but occasionally interstate
