Job Description: Head of Sales
White Bay is a collective of hop enthusiasts and lager-philes based on Sydney’s Balmain Peninsula. Releasing our first beer in April of 2020, White Bay has enjoyed the countless ups and downs of operating through multiple COVID lockdowns. With a hopefully restriction-free Sydney we’ve now got our sights on reducing the downs and increasing the ups.
White Bay Beer Company is seeking a Sydney Based Head of Sales to help manage and grow our distribution footprint in both Sydney and beyond.
We have a rock-solid core range of beers that are backed by an ever-changing and evolving range of limited suds. To date, we’ve brewed over 80 different beers with no intentions of slowing down.
Your main focus will be managing and leading our awesome sales team of 2.5 people, increasing distribution and volume in both on and off-premise channels including both independent and major retailers. You will also work closely with the production team to deliver volume and revenue growth based on agreed projections. We’re a small and passionate team with an all-hands-on-deck attitude; if delivering the occasional keg isn’t your bag you need not apply.
If you’re ready for the next step in your career in beer this could be the ideal position for you. Ideally, you’re keen, proactive and easy to work with. You should have a minimum of three years' sales experience in on and off-premise alcohol sales and a positive attitude to establish and build and maintain relationships in trade. Beer sales experience is incredibly advantageous.
Base salary commensurate with experience + car/phone allowance.
