Job Description: Venue Manager
We are looking for an experienced Bar / Venue Manager to join our small team in Ballina, Northern NSW. This is a full-time position.
Seven Mile Brewing Co. is a small, family-run brewery from the north coast of NSW. We have a focus on local with everything we do and work closely with farmers and other producers in the area to develop new and exciting beer ideas. We also don't mind the odd West Coast IPA.
Our Bar trading hours are currently only18 hours per week so the work/life balance is great. We trade Friday to Sunday, midday to 6PM.
Bar manager responsibilities:
- Food Truck Rostering / Rotation
- Casual Staff Roster and Training
- Creative Sessions / Tasting Sessions with Head Brewer
- Helping us take our bar to the next level
- Bar work ~18 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have worked in a brewery or craft beer bar for 3+ years with shift manager experience. A Beer Server (first level Cicerone) qualification would also go a long way.
