The Two Birds Nest is located in Melbourne's west and is home to both their production brewery and a welcoming taproom.

Job Description: Trainee Brewer
Through the support of our local communities, Two Birds Brewing has continued to grow, distributing good beer into the hands of our drinkers for the last 11 years.
Our aim is to grow and foster great people - the beer lovers, the mechanically minded characters, the energetic tradies - and we can do that by giving them the opportunity to learn from the ground up. We love building the skills and developing the careers of those who join us and we’re on the hunt for someone looking to join the brewing industry.
What are we looking for?
You don’t have to come to us from a specific background or experience level, but we’d love to hear from people that are…
- Mechanically minded and love to work with their hands
- Interested in learning the in’s and out’s of what makes our brewery tick
- Or you’ve recently graduated from mechanical studies or related fields.
You may be looking for a new challenge or looking to steer your career in a new direction, whatever the case may be this is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door!

This is a full-time Mon-Fri role, based at our Spotwoods brewery in Melbourne.
