Job Description: Sales Rep

Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co. is a proudly independent brewery based in the beautiful Southwest. A positive culture workplace with a focus on work/life balance and an emphasis on quality, authenticity, and humour. 

We were awarded Australian Champion Small Brewery after our clean-up at last year’s AIBAs,  and also make WA’s first locally produced hard seltzer - Great White. 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Sales Representative in the metro area. Candidates with On-Premise beverage experience will be looked upon favourably. 

To be successful in this role you must be a highly motivated, results-driven individual who can work both independently and as a team. Someone who understands that selling beer is about more than just numbers and liquid and will represent our brand in line with company beliefs. Relationships are everything in our business, the successful candidate will be a born negotiator who always overdelivers. 

You will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships, driving volume of our diverse product range of core range beers and industry leading limited releases, set up activations/events and manage promo activity across your customer group, with guidance from your State Sales Manager.

Experience in alcohol or beverage sales is welcomed but not essential - transferable skills desired: sales experience, alcohol retail, hospitality, customer service or marketing. 

Current WA Driver’s License, the right to work in Australia and Responsible Service of Alcohol  (RSA) are requirements of this role. Some after-hours and weekend work will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
