Job Description: Bar Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Manager to lead our West End Team. This is a great opportunity for an existing F&B superstar to take the next step in their career to manage a small venue, whilst being supported by a knowledgeable hospitality team.

About The Role
This role is a true Bar Manager role that will give you the opportunity to manage your own venue day to day, whilst growing your hospitality skills.
Your days will consist of:
- Providing personable, efficient and fun service to our guests
- Promoting the venue & brainstorming ideas to reach and retain new clientele • Managing and creating the atmosphere and ambiance at night
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S and OLGR polices
- Ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained venue at all times
- Managing bar, assisting in stock control and minimizing wastage
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a:
- Be a hands-on leader who strives to make moments more
- Experience in leading and developing a strong team and culture
- Able to deliver world class service everyday
- Strong understanding of costs and able to manager labour and cost of sales • Outstanding people management and customer service skills
- Strong bar skills
- Current RMLV, or willing to obtain
