The crew at Salt Brewing at the Aireys Pub in Aireys Inlet on the Surf Coast are after a Brewer to join the team. We are a small brewery that has been up and running for seven years now. We supply the Aireys Pub and surrounding Surf Coast and Geelong area with award-winning beer.
Being a small brewery you’ll be involved in everything from brewing, cellaring, packaging, recipe development, sales and events. Working side by side with our head brewer, owners and the pub crew, you’ll be one of the proud faces of the brand.
The chosen candidate will come on board as we head into our busy peak season so the ability to hit the ground running with prior experience in standard brewery tasks is going to be essential. You don’t have to know it all! This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early/mid stage of their brewing career with a hunger to grow professionally. If you are hard-working, personable, and passionate about beer and fancy brewing along the gorgeous Surf Coast, we would very much like to hear from you.
We want to see:
- Previous experience in a brewer/cellaring/production role
- Formal brewing qualifications (or undertaking) desirable
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
- Excellent communicator; ability to follow the plan and be adaptive to changes
- Forklift licence

This is a full-time position that is available immediately. Remuneration will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
