Lost Watering Hole is a new brewery in Victoria's Macedon Ranges that's set to open in October.

If you'd like to lead the venue when they do, they want to hear from you.

JOB DESCRIPTION: VENUE MANAGER – BREWERY/RESTAURANT

  • State of the art facility
  • Lancefield - Macedon Ranges Victoria
  • Tree change opportunity

Located in the heritage village of Lancefield, about 1 hour from Melbourne, a new and exciting brewery and restaurant – Lost Watering Hole – is scheduled to open in late October 2022.

Lancefield, to the east of the Macedon Ranges, is a popular tourist destination for both domestic and international travellers.

This purpose-built facility has a 100-seat restaurant and fully operational brewhouse with a dedicated canning line producing packaged product.

The successful applicant must be a people person and multi-tasker with a proven track record as a food & beverage manager and events organiser. It goes without saying that you’ll commit to building a thriving, profitable and welcoming venue.

You will be someone who is prepared to roll up your sleeves, growing the business from its beginnings to an established, well-oiled machine, that consistently offers a fantastic,  affordable, high-quality customer experience week in and week out.

You will have an excellent understanding of what it takes to make a profit and be prepared to demonstrate your extensive financial capabilities. Reporting monthly to a board of four directors, you will be ably supported by senior managers.

Remuneration will be competitive to ensure that the right candidate is selected.

If this sounds like a challenge that you would relish, please send your CV asap in the first instance to peter@lostwateringhole.com.
