Job Description: Business Development Managers
Ballistic Beer Co has exciting opportunities to join their newly created sales team. Embarking on an exciting growth and expansion period, this is great time to join our team and make your mark in the craft brewery scene.
We currently have 2 roles available covering North & South Brisbane.
The Role
To be successful, you will have a love of working with, and selling our products to local venues and liquor outlets, confident in conducting tastings and attending beer festivals with the aim to promote our Brewery, venues and products at every opportunity.
To ensure you are successful in this role, you will be supported and mentored by our Head of Sales and our Marketing divisions.
About you:
- Demonstrate a proven track record and a sound knowledge of both the Off and On Premise channels in QLD
- Have strong relationship building skills
- Self driven, able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Valid QLD RSA and current drivers licence
- A passion for craft beer and the industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Off and On- Premise accounts
- Execute sales strategies with an emphasis on key customers to achieve set targets and profit margins
- Increase distribution of our brand portfolio
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
- Building and nurturing partnerships with existing and new customers
- Targeting new business opportunities in your territory
- Conduct product training and tasting events as required
- Attending beer festivals and promoting our brand and beers.
Due to its nature, this role would suit a hospitality professional or an established liquor salesperson with excellent industry contacts.

Ballistic Beer offers a competitive salary, with a mobile phone, laptop and car allowance.
