JOB DESCRIPTION: PERTH SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Eagle Bay Brewing Co is on the hunt for an energetic, agile and team orientated Sales Representative to join our Dream Team for the competitive Perth/Metro area.

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is a family owned and operated brewery, vineyard and restaurant located on our 60 year old working farm in Eagle Bay, Western Australia. Since 2010 we have been steadily growing our brewery production, capacity and distribution throughout WA. We have great relationships with established customers and a reputation for being reliable and good to work with.

The right person for this role is proactive, social, with a passion for craft beer and has a strong interest in sales, marketing and branding. Ideally you are a go-getter with excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills, but moreover, a good communicator, unwaveringly motivated, super organized and a strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize. It is highly desirable for you to have substantial industry and Sales Rep experience. We want you to gain further traction in WA and take on this role and make it your own. You will be pivotal in building your territory with us.
You will need to have your RSA, a current driver’s license and be able to work in Australia. Vehicle, phone allowance and laptop will be provided.
THIS IS THE ROLE
You will need to: (but won’t be limited to)
- Generate new sales and new accounts, whilst maintaining existing accounts across both on-premise and off-premise
- Meet budgeted sales volumes and provide our customers with 5 Star Service
- Execute our Wholesale Strategy, working under the supervision and reporting to the Sales Manager
- Work with team mates on strategic priorities
- Report on your sales performance
- Attend Brand activation activities (such as tastings, events, festivals)
