Eagle Bay Brewing Co is on the hunt for an organized, motivated and safety conscious operator to join our Brewing team here in beautiful Eagle Bay.

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is a family owned and operated brewery, vineyard and restaurant located on our 60 year old working farm in Eagle Bay, Western Australia. Since 2010 we have been steadily growing our brewery production, capacity and distribution throughout WA. We are an expanding business and pride ourselves on investing in our people with ongoing training and development.
THIS IS YOU
We want someone who is organized and works safely and also enjoys having a beer with the team from time to time! The right person for this role has a positive attitude, with an uncompromising approach to quality, who can work effectively unsupervised and able to adapt to changing situations.
As part of the Brewing team, you will take part in packaging (can, bottle, keg) operations, ensure a safe workplace, machinery and efficient utilisation of dry goods and packaging materials with a consistently high-quality finished product.
No experience is necessary however it is desirable for you to have warehousing, packing and food packaging experience. It is essential that you have a Forklift license, a current driver’s license and able to work in Australia.
THIS IS THE ROLE
You will need to: (but won’t be limited to)
- Assist with all packaging operations working with the senior pack line operator on shift to complete packaging tasks in an efficient and safe manner.
- Undertake Quality Control sampling, following the established protocols, maintain detailed records of samples, batches etc.
- Interact respectfully with your other teammates.
- Adopt a ‘no job is too small’ style of work where we support each other’s workflow.
- Ensure a strict FIFO stock rotation is employed in the beer and wine store and, that stock is maintained in presentable condition.
- Inform the Brewery Operations Manager of any low stock issues promptly and timely to ensure no disruptions to productivity.
