Job Description: Customer Service Coordinator (Full Time)
We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Carwyn Cellars & Fox Friday fam!
You will be the virtual face of Carwyn Cellars & Fox Friday, covering all things online sales. From adding products to the website, coordinating the picking, packing & dispatching of orders, liaising with customers about special releases & subscription boxes and, responding to & resolving all order enquiries. This is a pretty diverse & active role, you'll have a hands on part in virtually all parts of the orders process!

- A current Australian driver’s licence

This is a Full Time role split between the Fox Friday warehouse in Alphington and Carwyn Cellars in Thornbury.
