Job Description: Experienced Production Brewer
Want to join one of Australia's fastest growing independent beverage & hospitality companies? Moon Dog Brewing produces some of Australia’s most innovative and delicious beers, seltzers and mixed beverages from our awesome craft brewery in Preston.
Moon Dog is keen to find an experienced production brewer who has a drive to produce excellent beers and seltzers.
This is a full-time permanent role, consisting of 5 x 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, generally alternating between morning and afternoon shifts. Kick off date is as soon as you can!
Duties of the role include:
- Operation of the brewhouse
- Safe work practices.
- General brewing responsibilities, cellar duties, equipment maintenance and cleaning
- QC/QA/lab
- Providing input to continuous improvement programs
What you will have:
- Two years experience as a production brewer in a medium to large craft brewery
- Qualifications in brewing or related discipline is desirable
- Familiar with health and safety, cleaning and sanitation, hygiene, and food safety requirement
- Forklift license is favourable
- Full availability to work across Mon-Fri 6am - 9pm
- Desire to be part of an awesome production team making top notch beers and seltzers
