BentSpoke Brewing Co. is seeking dynamic, energetic and self-motivated sales representatives, to join our team to deliver a world-class beer experience to our loyal followers and customers.
We have two positions available, one based in Canberra and the other on the NSW Central Coast.
Reporting to our National Field Sales Manager, the key duties of this role include:
- Sale of BentSpoke beer & cider, to both on and off premise venues in an assigned territory, maintaining a high degree of customer service and management of key accounts.
- Support in store activations with a high level of merchandising.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain a customer call cycle plan within BentSpoke’s CRM.
- Support in growing BentSpoke's footprint in independent banners.
- Ensure national account promotions are well executed in-store.
- Contribute to the development and continual improvement of trade marketing and sales plans.
- Assist in the delivery of promotional events and activities, including weekly tastings.
- Regular travel within an assigned territory.
- Occasional weekend work when required supporting sales and marketing activations and events.
What you'll need:
- Experience in a sales role, preferably in the field of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, liquor or grocery.
- Experience in beer, wine or spirits sales will be highly regarded.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification valid in NSW.
- Current C class driver’s licence.
- Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment medical.
