About The Prancing Pony Brewery
The Prancing Pony Brewery is an independently owned brewery located in the Adelaide Hills and is recognised for its high-quality, award-winning beers.
Established in 2011, the Pony has a built a strong brand presence over the years and is well known for its reliability, authenticity, and vast variety of beers. The brand attracts a great and loyal following across Australia.
Over the years, the brewery has enjoyed significant growth, and Pony beers can be found in bars, clubs, restaurants, liquor stores as well as in all national chains.
The brewery is adjacent to its brewery restaurant which has become desirable because of its unique outfit and quality offering and attracts locals and visitors, alike.
Role Summary:
This position represents a unique offering for a person that is willing to work in the FOH area as well as supporting the Sales team. We are looking for a person that is service focused, enjoys interacting with customers and is willing to assist the Sales teams with external events and beer tasting.
What we are looking for:
Food and Beverage Role
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation,
- Familiar with POS operation, highly skilled in food and bar service.
- Motivated and confident person with outgoing personality
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience with a friendly, guest focused attitude
Sales Support Role
- Assist the Sales team with festivals and events
- Support Sales team with conducting tasting events at liquor stores
- Merchandising and sales support for off premise (Liquor stores, bottle shops, bars)
- From time-to-time, beer deliveries in Adelaide with using company.
Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 3-5 years work experiences in a customer service or related area.
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends with 2 consecutive days off.
- Hold, a SA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate,
- Must be 25 years or older and have a valid, full drivers licence.

Education / Qualifications
- Completion of secondary schooling and or trade qualifications are desirable.
