Job Description: Brewer
Sydney Brewery has an opportunity for a Brewer to join the team which is based in the inner city of Sydney. The position would be full-time and would report directly to the Brewery General Manager.
The role of the Brewer would be to perform day-to-day operations in the manufacturing of Beer.
The chosen applicant would be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Operation of the brew house
- Filtration and processing of beer
- Cellar operations including cleaning, sanitation and product transfers
- Ensuring a high level of quality and performing quality control and maintenance tasks
- Represent the company at various events
- Deliveries when required
The ideal applicant would have:
- A passion for quality beers and cider
- A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work around production requirements
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Forklift license preferred
- Driver's License
- Ideally relevant industry experience
