Job Description: CODI Canning Line Operator
Are you a passionate and talented canning line operator ready to take your career to the next level in beautiful Margaret River?
Margaret River Beer Co., established in 2016, 2024 Western Australian Champion Brewery at the Indies. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Packaging Line Operator to join our growing team as we continue to expand and send our beer across WA and overseas.
We have a full-time Packaging Line Operator position available in Margaret River at our production facility. We operate a 6 head CODI Canning Line with automated 4-pack application.
As Packaging Line Operator, you will play a pivotal role in canning and kegging all beer produced. With a focus on quality assurance, safety and efficiency you will remain agile to adapt to challenges that may arise, leaning on your initiative and problem-solving skills.
Duties:
- Operation of a CODI canning line
- Quality control and data recording
- Cellar duties including CIP, Keg Cleaning, and Keg Filling
- Opportunity to develop Brewing experience
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in preventative maintenance and an ability to solve mechanical problems on the fly
- Current Forklift License
- Physical tasks including moving and lifting heavy objects
- Excellent at problem solving, uses initiative and supportive team player
- Attention to detail and a passion for craft beer
- Ensure adherence to strict safety protocols
