Innate Brewers is a family-owned operation based just south of Fremantle that's picked up trophies over the years for its ever-evolving lineup of beers.

JOB DESCRIPTION: HEAD BREWER
With our current head brewer moving on, we have an exciting opportunity that does not come up often at our family owned brewery! This role would suit a self motivated brewer and that loves recipe development and innovation, and being part of every aspect of running a brewery alongside our sales manager.
The role is 4 days a week with a flexible working schedule, allowing work / life balance between managing brewing operations at our Spearwood production facility.
Experience / Skills:
- At least 3 years brewing experience, managing all aspects of brewing operations from grain to keg / can
- A strong track record of recipe development and innovation whilst maintaining quality
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Confidence in decision making
- Current Australian driver's licence
About the role:
- Scheduling and brewing of all our core range beers and develop monthly limited releases
- Working with our sales manager to maintain stock levels and new release dates
- Ordering brewing and packaging materials
- Liaising with graphic designer to create new labels for releases
- Coordinate with third party logistics for stock movements and deliveries
- Representing the brewery at events
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers

Salary is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
