Are you ready to transform one of Thornbury's best-kept secrets into a legendary destination? 3 Ravens is seeking a visionary Venue Manager to lead our Brewery Bar and exciting new event space Ravens Yard!

Your New Playground
3 Ravens Brewpub
An intimate, eclectic brewpub formerly known as the Pleasure Palace, naturally reimagined with soul and style with a genuine locals pub vibe. It has 12 taps pouring an ever-evolving range of our beers - from lagers to IPAs, wild sours to ginger beer. With nitro and handpump options always on offer too, there's always something new to try, learn and talk about.
Ravens Yard
An emerging underground live music venue with massive potential to become Thornbury's most exciting cultural hotspot.
What We're Looking For
The ultimate hospitality maverick who:
- Breathes craft beverages, food, flavour and live music
- Likes a bit of banter with the locals
- Can curate and execute unforgettable experiences
- Loves running events
- Supports our core values of innovation and sustainability
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our vibrant hospitality spaces
- Curate seasonal and exciting beverage menus and series of events
- Manage an epic events calendar in collaboration with the General Manager and Booking Agent
- Manage logistics of our online shop
- Organise and run all external events
- Drive revenue, profitability and create community
- Reporting and budgets
