JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER - BRISBANE
An exciting opportunity exists to join a start-up brewery in Brisbane. White Brick Brewing is seeking an experienced permanent full time head brewer. We will be soon commissioning a new 3 Vessel 15HL electric system. You will need to be ready to start in late April/May.
The ideal person, is passionate about beer, procedures and cleanliness.
What’s involved:
- Running the production side of the brewery
- Quality control
- Recipe development
- Working with other aspects of the business
What we need:
- Minimum 3 years in similar roles
- Forklift ticket, Drivers licence, RSA
- Formal qualifications well regarded
- Love working in a small team and working to bring out the best of the team, as well as being able to work autonomously
- Great communication/organisation skills
