Thunder Road is a double winner of the Australian International Beer Awards Champion Brewery trophy and recently opened its brewery home in Brunswick to the public. The business is looking to add an on premise sales rep to its team in Victoria.
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (VICTORIA) – ON PREMISE
Seeking a true professional, passionate sales representative looking for career growth and development longterm.
About the Role:
You will be executing sales plans for targeted accounts and new sales territories. Selling keg beer to on premise bars and pubs in specific territories as well as key accounts.
- Achieving specific minimum quota and achieving over and above budgeted sales and profitability
- Working autonomously to manage your monthly call plan and growing accounts
- Negotiating business agreements and commercial initiatives
- New product release and promotion management
- Knowledge and experience in hospitality and sales
- Minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience – ideally liquor or drinks
- Previous on & off premise liquor industry experience preferred
- Professional negotiation skills and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
