Mornington Peninsula Brewery has developed a reputation for brewing quality core and specialty beers that has seen its Latham Street production brewery in Mornington continue to grow as demand for its beer continues to increase both at home and abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER – MORNINGTON
We are seeking a full-time brewer to join our team and help us continue to brew our core range products (Pale, Lager, IPA and Brown), while also helping bring to life our specialty products.
As well as the above, we have begun developing our barrel program out of the Watt Road brewery, which will see the introduction of a number of new and exciting beers to the Mornington range.
The successful applicant will need the experience to hit the ground running in both brewing and packaging (canning and bottling), and some shift/weekend work will be required. We are only considering applications from brewers with at least one year's experience.
The applicant will need to be independent and able to think on their feet as our brewery is a fast-paced environment, while also understanding that quality of product is priority number one.
