JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER (WA)
Eagle Bay Brewing Co is a family owned and run restaurant, microbrewery and vineyard, located five minutes out of Dunsborough. We have been operating for six and a half years.
Our brewery is all about making highest quality beer, as naturally as possible. We are Rainwater fed, Solar powered and family run. We only supply our beer to WA and we brew, keg and bottle onsite.
We are looking for a qualified and or experienced Brewer to join our team.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a good knowledge of process and equipment, encompassing all aspects of brewing, filtering, packaging, cleaning and hygiene.
Three years or more hands on experience would be beneficial. You must be able to work autonomously, be reliable, passionate, energetic and a problem solver. Limited laboratory experience would be helpful.
