JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Rocks Brewing Co is currently looking for a Sydney Sales Rep to join our sales team based in Alexandria. With a state of the art brewery producing award winning beers we are looking to once again expand our sales team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about craft beer and has the drive to succeed in a role that has endless opportunities.
What will you be accountable for?
- Manage existing accounts
- Sales results and distribution goals
- Develop new customer relationships
- Brand building and representation activities
- Weekly in store tastings
- Daily sales calls to venues
- Weekly communication with all customers
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPI’s
- Event execution and sampling which may include occasional after-hours work
Position requirements
- Be a motivated and able self-starter
- Problem solver.
- Customer service – A focus on best meeting the needs of our customers and generating value to their business.
- Communication
- Teamwork – You will become a valuable part of the team.
- Ethics – Treats people with respect and works with integrity and ethically.
- Motivation – Sets and achieves challenging goals.
- Hold a current driver’s license and RSA
Previous experience in a Sales environment is preferred. However, we are looking for someone with the passion and positive frame of mind to work within the Rocks Group of companies.
