The family-owned Bridge Road is one of Victoria's longest established independent breweries and one of the most innovative when it comes to brewing. 

If you've got a background in marketing and want to join the team, the brewery is hiring for a marketing and events coordinator.

Job Description: Marketing and Events Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our growing team in a vibrant part of North East Victoria. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and hard working person to join our dynamic team in the Marketing Department. We’re looking for the right person to continue to develop our events and marketing reach on a national level.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Marketing

  • Assist with executing the strategic marketing plan
  • Assist National Sales manager in developing B2B marketing strategy and initiatives.
  • Ensure the brand identity guidelines are adhered to across entire business
  • Reporting on the marketing budget and prepare forecasts
  • Run and improve our digital marketing channels (social, email, blog and search)
  • Assist with development of all marketing collateral
  • Manage and optimise the effectiveness of our marketing collateral with the Sales Team

Events

  • Scope includes National, State & Territory, local and on-site events
  • Develop overall event strategy
  • Actively seeking out which events we should attend according to marketing and brand strategy
  • Develop a yearly calendar of all events
  • Coordinate planning, setups and delivery of events
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to deliver events
  • Review and report on events performance

Selection Criteria

Experience:

  • Proven marketing leader
  • Strong social media & digital marketing skills
  • Previous brand management experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Events experience
  • Good written and oral skills
  • Marketing Degree or similar

Skills:

  • Advanced social medial skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • An ability to meet personal and team targets and goals effectively
  • A strong administrative knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • An ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Requirements:

  • A preparedness to live and work in a vibrant regional area
  • Drivers Licence
  • RSA
