Two Birds Brewing run one of the most welcoming brewery venues in Australia, The Nest in Spotswood.
As well as pouring an ever-changing lineup of beers, they serve a fine line in bar snacks and meals for their guests and are after a CDP or sous chef to take over the head chef role.

Are you a CDP or sous chef looking to take the next step in your career? Australia's first female-owned brewery, Two Birds Brewing, wants you!
As the Head Chef of our venue, The Nest, you'll be responsible for serving up our hungry beer drinkers with bar snacks and meals from Thursday through Sunday, with the occasional function or two across the weekend.
Additionally, you'll be in charge of:
- Staff rosters
- Food ordering and costing
- Kitchen management and food safety
Starting with a trial period of two weeks of 20 hours/week, this role will become full-time for the right applicant.
Must have Australian working rights, students need not apply.
