JOB DESCRIPTION: REGIONAL TEAM LEADER (VIC/TAS)

Born and raised in Byron Bay, Stone & Wood is proudly independent, brewing beer that's simply good to drink.  With a long history of building our brands and working with our customers in the Victorian & Tassie markets, we love being ingrained in our local communities, supporting the people who support us. 

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to join our Melbourne crew in the role of Regional Team Leader for VIC/TAS. This hands on role leads our road crew to maintain and establish great customer relationships, strong distribution and sustainable sales momentum in these key markets. Our regional team leaders also drive Key Account engagement, analysis and market insights, provide strategic planning and direction and keeps targets in sight and on track.

Maybe you’re already in a team leader role and looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you’ve got several years of successful experience in a senior sales role and looking for that next step in your career? 

We’re keen to see someone join us who has…

  • Strong previous sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably beverages / beer
  • Good knowledge of beer!
  • Experience of key account management and retention
  • Knowledge of brand development principles
  • Leadership skills and ability to coaching and guide a team
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing and analytics
  • Skills in setting targets, goals and objectives for self and team
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills

The important bits: 

You must have a full driver's license, a current RSA and have full rights to work in Australia. This is a full-time role and we will provide you with all the tools of the trade you need.
