Brick Lane recently celebrated the first anniversary of their Dandenong brewery and have big plans for the future.
A lot of those plans involve consumer-facing experiences and, if you want to be in charge of them, the team is hiring an experiences manager.

Brick Lane Brewing is a proudly independent brewer making awesome beers and ciders from its newly commissioned brewery in Dandenong.

Join our team in this one off opportunity to design, build and lead the development of the Brick Lane Experience.
In this role you’ll be responsible for the creation, oversight and management of all major consumer facing experiences for Brick Lane including the Dandenong Tap Room, brewery site events and experiences, our new CBD bar & tasting room, and major consumer events and Brick Lane events.
Key to this role will be the building and managing destinations and experiences at both our Brick Lane Brewery and our new CBD venue, that showcase the quality of the Brick Lane brand, beers, people and community. You’ll develop innovative experiences and events to attract existing patrons of our venues and to draw in new patrons, develop the positioning, presentation and service standard and guidelines for these venues and manage the tastings, bar and retail sales at both venues through a team of casual and in house staff. In addition to our venues, you will work with our Marketing and Sales teams to design, build and execute speciality events and customer activations.
You’ll bring strong prior experience and a passion for Hospitality, Event and Function Management and exceptional customer service skills. Candidates with experience designing innovative venues and experiences/events will be highly regarded. You’ll also need experience training and engaging a team of hospitality staff and proficiency in staff rostering and POS management.
As part of a small and dynamic team you are a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and deliver results.
Responsible Service of Alcohol, and a Victorian Driver’s Licence are required for this role. Cicerone Server certification is highly regarded.
The right to work in Australia essential. After hours and weekend work will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
