ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
You’ll be:
- Processing weekly and monthly Payroll
- Processing invoices and payment runs
- Receive and allocate payments
- Chase debtors
- Reconciliation of bank and credit card payments
- Cash flows
- Reconciliation of Financing Facilities
- Excise payments to ATO
- Assist with end of month/yr reporting
THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE
- A fun energetic personality
- A high level of attention to detail and strong work ethic – if you’re looking for a cruisy 9 till 5 then this isn’t for you!
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with using Xero, Microsoft word/Excel
- Pick up new concepts quickly
- Experience with Stock Management systems highly regarded
- Hold the same values as our company; hard working, respectful, honest and driven by quality
- Loves a beer for two at the end of a big week
