Job Description: Sydney Sales Representative
Hawke’s Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced and self-driven sales rep to help grow its business in the Sydney CBD through to the North Shore and Northern Beaches. This is a great opportunity to help shape the next stage of our small but fast-growing independent Aussie company.
The primary focus will be to build distribution and volume in both on and off premise channels. Currently, our stable of consists of the award-winning Hawke’s Lager (2018 AIBA trophy winner), Hawke’s Patio Pale (2018 AIBA Gold Medal) and the new Hawke’s Underdog. There will soon be future additions to our range to have fun with, in both core and limited release varieties.
The role includes building distribution, developing in-store activity, managing tastings, delivering staff training sessions and running events. We’re a small company, so there will also be opportunities to influence broader business strategy and plenty of room to grow with us.
We’re seeking an individual who is proactive, outgoing and results-focused. Ideally, you would have experience in on and off premise alcohol sales (preferably in the Sydney market) and demonstrate your ability to build long-lasting customer relationships. We love working with people with an entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude and ‘customer first’ approach. Beer sales experience is a clear advantage.
You can expect a competitive base salary, car allowance and performance-related bonus. We will also work with you to provide opportunities to grow and develop your career. Remuneration is commensurate with experience. A current drivers’ licence and appropriate vehicle, as well as a relevant local RSA certification will be required.
