Riverside Brewing have been brewing craft beer in Sydney's west since launching in Parramatta in 2012.
If you want to join them, they're looking to take on a new assistant brewer.
Job Description: Assistant Craft Brewer / Factory Hand.
Riverside Brewing Company is located at North Parramatta in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.
Home of the 69 Summer Ale, 55 Pale Ale, 77 IPA, 88 Robust Porter and the 777 Imperial IPA.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about quality craft beer, and can assist in all areas of running a brewery.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Brewhouse operations including milling, mashing in, wort transfer, etc.
- Knowledge of effective CIP practices & highest standards of sanitation.
- Packaging – Kegs and Bottles.
- Cleaning of all brewery vessels and equipment.
- Weekly deliveries
- Assist in Cellar Door
Must have a current RSA & Driver’s Licence.
This is a permanent full time position.
The brewery operates six days a week, therefore weekend work may be required along with attending beer dinners and festivals.
