Since early 2013, Six String Brewing Co has been bringing its brand of full-flavoured beer and live music in the brewery to the Central Coast.
The business continues to expand and now they're after a brewer to join the team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT BREWER
Are you ready to take advantage of a unique opportunity to join a fast growing craft brewery? Six String Brewing Co, based on the Central Coast in NSW, is looking for an energetic self starter to join our team as an Assistant Brewer.
Comprehensive knowledge of brewing processes and practices are a must. As part of our production team you will be involved in all aspects of the brewing process including packaging, cleaning & customer service.
All levels of experience will be considered. However applicants should be passionate about craft beer, able to take direction, be able to work autonomously, and be fit and able to undertake manual handling.
Knowledge of WHS and its application in a manufacturing environment is also desirable.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
Remuneration will be according to experience.
