Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co is one of Margaret River's most iconic breweries. We are family run with a young, enthusiastic, and dynamic bunch of monkeys at the helm.

Post Covid-19, Cheeky Monkey Brewery at 4259 Caves Road, Wilyabrup, has reinvented itself by implementing full table service, new menu, and a range of new and exciting beers!
We are looking for the next Leader to manage our team and take the venue to the next level!
Key responsibilities:
- Operate the venue on a day-to-day basis.
- Customer service.
- Staff management.
- Inventory management.
- Business development.
- POS Management.
- Weekly reporting.
- Achieving key financial targets.
- Lead a team.
- Implement and maintain systems to ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage service.
- Regular staff training to ensure a high level of customer service.
An attractive and competitive Salary package is on offer including a Base Salary plus Superannuation, Entitlements, Food and Beverage allowance, Lunch services only and working in a harmonious and fun environment!
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- RSA and Approved Manager certificate.
- Positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and in a fast-paced food and beverage service.
- Sound knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Business acumen.
- Favourable view on candidates with H&L experience.
