The pioneering Two Birds are Australia's first female-owned brewery and are based in Melbourne's western suburb of Spotswood in a home they call The Nest.
As COVID restrictions ease and the brewery gets ready to reopen, they're looking to hire a chef.

Are you a CDP or sous chef looking to take the next step in your career? Australia's first female owned brewery, Two Birds Brewing, wants you!
As the Head Chef of our venue, The Nest, you'll be responsible for serving up our hungry beer drinkers with bar snacks and meals from Thursday through Sunday, with the occasional function or two across the weekend.
Additionally, you'll be in charge of:
- Staff rosters
- Food ordering and costing
- Kitchen management and food safety
We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years experience and a love of beer is always a plus! (You'll have an allowance after all...)
Starting with a trial period of two weeks of 20 hours/week, this role will become full-time for the right applicant.
