Stone & Wood are one of Australia's largest independent breweries and run a major production site in the New South Wales' Northern Rivers town of Murwillumbah, plus smaller breweries in other parts of the country.

If you want to join the crew at Murwillumbah, they're hiring an experienced production team member.

Job Description: Experienced Production Team Member

Good beer is our thing.

Born and raised in Byron Bay, we're proudly independent and local, brewing and bottling our beer in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Our story is built on our passion for good beer, and we aspire to be a conscious brewing business by continuing to add value to our communities. We like to keep it fresh, whether that be through new products such as our latest release East Point or our rolling Counter Culture range – Fermentum, our group of entities, is evolving and we want to continue to explore the possibilities, to seek out things we love and enjoy.

To maintain our momentum, we’re on the hunt for an experienced production team member to join our crew at our Murwillumbah production site. We’re keen to hear from you if you’re:

  • A seasoned commercial brewer or production operator with a minimum of two years experience under their belt,
  • A recent or soon to be graduate of an accredited brewing or packaging degree or qualification,
  • A qualified engineer, electrician, or aligned mechanical tradesperson looking to join the brewery industry.

What’s on offer?

The right candidates will be offered a full-time role – including a competitive salary and benefits package – suited to their current skills and experience within our production team.

The Northern Rivers of NSW is a beautiful part of the world to live, and we have a great track record of providing support for individuals and families who might be considering relocation to work with us. We love looking after our people and offer a wide range of benefits beyond salary and will talk through these when we meet you for an interview.

Stone & Wood is also an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our employees and job applicants.

What to do?

As part of the application process, we want to learn a little more than the stock standard about you, so as part of your cover letter, we’d like you to include a story about the biggest lesson you’ve learnt during your career and why that’s an important part of your life journey. Once you’re ready to submit your application, jump on our website to see what makes us tick and apply on the Work With Us page.

ONLY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
