JOB DESCRIPTION: AWESOME BAR & FLOOR CREW MEMBERS REQUIRED
We are looking for enthusiastic bar/floor people to join our crew at Braeside Brewing Co. This is not your average brewpub! Your casual role will be responsible for serving some of the finest craft beers and gourmet food, creating an engaging and fun customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Help maintain a cool culture and positive vibe of Braeside Brewing Co (BBCo) with the team and guests alike ● Share knowledge about craft beer (as well as all food and beverage items) to our guests
- Engage guests across all elements of their visit relating to the bar, food and beer garden experience
- Maintain a clean, safe and productive environment on a daily basis in addition to being a BBCo brand ambassador ● Provide exceptional service anticipating guests needs at all times
- Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with all guests
- Interact and involve other BBCo team members in an open and collaborative spirit
- And all the other stuff that comes with being part of our bartender/floor team
You will bring:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for fun
- Sense of ownership and responsibility
- Customer-first attitude
- Solid food and beverage experience in a busy environment
- A current RSA Certification
