Job Description: Experienced Brewer
Ballistic Beer Co in Brisbane are on the hunt for an awesome person to join the ranks in the position of Brewer. We are a fast-growing independent brewery looking to expand our team to keep up with the ever-growing demand for our beer.
This position is perfect for a brewer with a few years’ experience under their belt and looking to take the next step. We are serious about quality so experience in making amazing beer is a plus!
Scope of Role
The role of Brewer at Ballistic is all about making amazing beer. You will be working on the floor with the other brewers producing, caring for, analysing and packaging good beer. You must be prepared to scrub floors, stack pallets, lift sacks of grain and get your hands dirty. At Ballistic we do everything we can to make the best beer possible. Only safety comes before the quality of our beer and the fitting applicant will share this view.
We are looking for someone who has enough experience and confidence to make good decisions, troubleshoot any problems and keep a positive attitude throughout the rigours of daily brewery life. The role will encompass shift work.

This is an entry-level position and will be filled by someone experienced in working hard and being a good person.
Scope of Role
The role of Assistant Brewer at Ballistic is all about making amazing beer. You will be trained in all facets of cleaning the brewery and brewing and caring for fine beer. You must be prepared to get your hands dirty, work hard and have a laugh. At Ballistic we do everything we can to make the best beer possible. Only safety comes before the quality of our beer and the fitting applicant will share this view. The role will encompass shift and weekend work.
