Our brew team is involved in all aspects of brew day all the way through to tap and glass at Resin - working as part of a small dedicated team to produce exceptional beer. We pay rigorous attention to all aspects of quality control, keeping accurate up-to-date records and maintaining a clean and safe working environment, to ensure a quality end product for our customers. The role will involve daily cellar work and the safe handling of product, all aspects of brewing the product, and providing support across the production process including packaging for off site sales.

About the Role

We’re looking for a brewer with either previous experience in the brewing industry or a super keen hobbyist with a passion to take it to the next level. You will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of the entire brewing process – from recipe formulation, brewday tasks, fermentation and cellaring, to stock monitoring, keeping a spotless clean environment and everything in between.

  • Preferable 12 months experience in a commercial brewery (but not essential)
  • An understanding of brewing on commercial level kits

  • A very high attention to detail for cleanliness and sanitation
  • A clear understanding of key quality and spoilage issues in beer
  • Knowledge of beer line cleaning and upkeep
  • A level of general fitness appropriate to the demands of the physical role
  • Ability to use a powered pallet jack
  • Current AUS drivers licence
  • Focus, effective time management, and accurate / timely record keeping is must

This is an opportunity to elevate your brewing skills, to experiment with exciting recipes and techniques and join a fun team within an iconic brewery. At Resin Brewing, we work hard to make sure our teams are looked after well through some awesome benefits, team events and a culture of fun, innovation, creativity and community spirit.
