JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION BREWER
Brick Lane Brewing is a proudly independent brewer making awesome beers and ciders from its world class brewery in Dandenong.

Seeking a Production Brewer for an immediate start!
In this role you’ll be working across all aspects of brewing production, from start up and set up through to handover at end of operation, ensuring all production processes and equipment runs properly according to company guidelines, complete administrative paperwork to ensure production KPIs are met and quality is maintained, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety are adhered to at all times.
Candidates must have strong brewing experience in a professional brewing environment with brewing education/qualifications highly regarded. In addition, we are seeking candidates with an absolute dedication to safety, demonstrated problem solving/trouble shooting skills, and excellent communications skills. We are a small and dynamic team – looking for team players willing to roll their sleeves up and deliver results!
Please note this role requires rotating shifts including night shift. This role is physically active and may require moving heavy loads, bending and stretching.
