JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT BREWER AND BAR WORK
Bay Road Brewing is located in Gosford on the Central Coast of NSW. We are seeing significant growth and are now on the hunt for an awesome person to join the ranks in the position of the ULTIMATE ALL-ROUNDER. We are a fast-growing independent brewery looking to expand our team to keep up with the ever-growing demand for our beer.
This is an entry-level position and will be filled by someone experienced in working hard and being a good person.
Scope of Role
The role will be to assist the Head Brewer in brewing and learning our techniques to continue making ‘Better Beer’ and assist the Bar Manager in providing excellent customer service to our busy Taproom. You will be trained in all facets of brewing and cleaning the brewery and caring for fine beer. You must be prepared to get your hands dirty, work hard and have a laugh. At Bay Road we do everything we can to make the best beer possible. Only safety comes before the quality of our beer and the fitting applicant will share this view. The role will encompass shift and weekend work.
