Job Description: Dainton Brewery looking for a hospitality all-rounder

Dainton Brewery has been the heart and soul of craft beer in Carrum Downs for the last five years - Pushing the boundaries with crazy and creative styles that keep all beer drinkers alike on their toes! 

The Taphouse is lively and welcoming and we're looking for some craft beer enthusiasts to join our team! The purpose of the Taphouse is to showcase not only our incredible beers but our fantastic selection of American style food and a variety of wines and spirits that have been carefully selected from the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas. 

Working alongside our incredible hospitality team, as well as our team of experienced and knowledgeable brewers, this is an opportunity not to be missed! 

The Taphouse is open Thursday-Sunday, pouring 18 taps of our own carefully crafted beers and we're looking for a hardworking go-getter to join our close knit team. 

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • General bar service including CAYG, restocking and use of POS system
  • General floor and front of house duties, running food orders, seating guests and turning tables.
  • Educating patrons on our core range and exciting limited releases

The role will be approximately 15-25 hours per week, including late nights and weekends. Basic craft beer knowledge is favourable but not required.
