The team at St Andrews Beach Brewery brew beers at their unique home on the Mornington Peninsula – a former thoroughbred training facility.

They also produce the Tidal hard seltzer range and are looking to take on a sales rep to bring both their beers and seltzers to Sydney.

ABOUT US

St Andrews Beach Brewery calls a 92-acre property on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula home. After a significant facelift, we have converted what was once a world class horse training facility into a brewery, taproom and farm we are truly proud to call home.

Our award-winning and rapidly growing beer and seltzer brands are brewed and packaged on-site in our state-of-the-art production facility, using the finest ingredients and pure artesian water.

WHAT WE NEED

We are searching for an experienced and connected Sales Representative to help expand our distribution in the Sydney Metro region. You’ll be our first in the region, working autonomously but strongly supported by our team in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Ideally, you’ll be a local, experienced Beer Rep who loves selling the category and is authentic in everything you do.

THE ROLE 

The role is hands on, covering:

  • Authentic & supportive customer service
  • Building relationships with On-Premise & Retail customers
  • Managing a large geographic territory & building plans to maximise appropriate opportunities
  • Tastings & bar shouts
  • Brand activations
  • Events & festivals

Passionate and hard-working, with the ability to self-manage and use your time valuably. You’ll need to be disciplined and have the ability to spot opportunities and the skills to action them quickly.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the Sydney Beer & Seltzer market
  • Established relationships with appropriate customers
  • Love interacting with customers for mutual gain
  • A strong work ethic and passion for results

WHAT’S IMPORTANT

  • A current Driver's Licence and full rights to work in Australia
  • Full-time role with work hours flexible which may include weekend work for Customer/Consumer events and festivals
  • A tool of trade vehicle, laptop and phone allowance will be provided to get you around and in-touch
