Bondi Brewing are a brewing company that launched in 2017 and have their eyes set getting their beer into more spots in Australia's east coast.
As they grow, they're looking to take on a key accounts manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION: NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER NSW/QLD/VIC
The Bondi Brewing Co. is looking to add a national key accounts manager to our rapidly growing brand and accelerate our growth within the east coast of Australia with a strong focus on our off-premise business...
The applicant will be tasked to increase distribution with key independent banner groups whilst managing existing relationships with our large chain customers.
The individual that we are seeking will live and breathe our brand, they will be driven, proactive and be laser-focused on growing our business.
Day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Liaise with our marketing team to develop and execute product, brand and promotional campaigns.
- Managing key relations with
- Large National Chains
- Key Independent Banner Groups
- Hospitality Groups
- Promotional campaigns and slotting boards.
- New Line form submission / Pricing Strategy / Managing CPI / Supplier portal enrichments.
- Budget Planning, Team KPI targets
- Product Data management eg / Barcodes, Images, Sales sheets
- Training and development of our sales team implementing best practices and in-store activations.
- Negotiating price & distribution through our various channels.
- Negotiating volume deal structures with on-premise hospitality groups
- Manage targets for our sales team both on and off-premise
The applicant will need prior experience in the alcohol trade (preferably in beer) with existing relationships with key contacts within the industry.
We will provide a competitive base salary, car allowance and performance-related bonus. Remuneration is commensurate with experience. You will be required to have a Driver's License and an appropriate vehicle.
