The day that Co-Conspirators Brewing open the doors to their Brunswick brewpub draws closer and closer and before they open, they're looking for new conspirators to become part of their team.
If you're an experienced bar attendant who'd like to join them as they open, they're looking to fill a number of positions.
Job Description: Bar Attendants
Co-Conspirators Brewing Company is an independently owned brewing company established in 2016.
We have a 195 capacity brewpub under construction in Victoria Street, Brunswick. We are currently looking for experienced Bar Attendants to join our front of house team as we prepare the venue to open in summer ’21.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Co-Conspirators team and help deliver a brilliant hospitality experience in Brunswick. If you are energetic with a passion for delivering great hospitality with local and independent drinks we want to hear from you!
The role:
- Take customer orders for food and drinks
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Collect and clean glassware
- Assist to prepare the venue for trading
- Assist to close venue at end of trade
About you:
Essential
- Great customer service skills
- Keen and active interest in independent beer
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a brewery, pub or hospitality venue
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Victorian or interstate equivalent)
- Available to work a rotating roster of weekdays, weekends and nights
- Fun and friendly outlook
- Can-do attitude
Desirable
- Certified Cicerone Level 1 Certificate or higher
