Job Description: Sales & Brand Development - Newcastle
Born & raised in Byron Bay, Stone & Wood takes a fresh approach to brewing beer that’s simply good to drink, and we are committed to brewing a sustainable business that gives back to the community, works with purpose and uses beer as a force for good.
We’re looking for a beer lover, who just happens to be an experienced sales rep, to look after our great customers and venues in the Newcastle region and surrounds - maybe you’re already based in the region, or maybe you’re just keen to make a sea change!
The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid sales focused background in FMCG with a minimum of three years’ experience. As a road crew representative of Stone & Wood you will sell across all our Fermentum brands, including Stone & Wood, Fixation Brewing Co., Sunly Seltzer, Two Birds Brewing, Forest for the Tress and Granite Belt Cider Co.
What will you get up to in this exciting role?
- Calling on existing on and off premise customers and seeking out new business opportunities
- Delivering on regional sales plans, building territory plans and working closely with team mates on strategic priorities
- Showcasing our brands amongst the ever-growing beer community
- Coordinating brand activations including tastings and events
- And most importantly building trusted relationships with our customers
The important bits:
You will be on the road while working with our products, so you must have a full drivers license, a current RSA and have full rights to work in Australia. This is a full-time role with flexibility around work hours that also includes the occasional weekend work. We’ll support you with the tools, training, and resources you need to reach new milestones, as you help our customers reach theirs.
