JOB DESCRIPTION: Brewery Operator
Hawkers Beer is seeking a full-time brewery operator to join the team at our expanding Reservoir brewery.
We are developing a large barrel program, also brew and package beers for a number of other Australian brewing companies.
The role is full time and the successful applicant will initially start in packaging. The applicant will need the experience to hit the ground running and the flexibility to manage changing shifts and tight deadlines.
You'll have the independence, problem solving skills, multi-tasking ability and mechanical knowledge required to keep the brewery purring, while keeping a keen eye on quality parameters. You'll preferably be an all-rounder with commercial brewing experience in wort production, filtration and packaging, or will hold a brewing-related qualification.
