We are on the hunt for an Experienced Brewer! Cheeky Monkey is a rapidly expanding brewery in the southwest, and we are looking for a new brewer to join the team at our
new production facility in Vasse, WA.
We take great pride in the beer we produce here at Cheeky's. We are the 2021 Australian International Beer Awards' Champion Small Brewery and we are always looking to push our brewing to new levels.
We have fun brewing filthy big hazy dogs, massively dumb sours, the occasional crispy boy, as well as a strong range of the classics.
With this role you will be involved in all aspects of production brewing. From making wort through to fermentation, sensory evaluation, and chemical and technical analysis.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the craft brewing industry with 2-3 years of production brewing already under their belt.
