Job Description: Sales Representative
Pail & Cooper are a young, dynamic and supportive business, who are passionate about growing the independent craft beer market through connecting independent craft brewers and venues. We are the exclusive Victorian distributor for:
- Capital – One of the leading Craft Brewers in Australia creating ‘Good Natured Brews’ out of Canberra with 6 beers in this year’s GABS Hottest 100 including 2 in the top 10;
- Ocean Reach – Phillip Island based brewery that has received huge support from local retailers in driving massive growth in the last 2 years;
- Beer Farm – extremely highly regarded Margaret River brewery that includes cult beers Asam Boi and Royal Haze;
- Two Bays – Australia’s leading gluten free brewery based in Dromana, VIC.
- Sobah – Australia’s first non-alcoholic craft brewery using native ingredients and is 100% Aboriginal owned and led.
We are currently looking for a craft beer sales professional to help us accelerate our growth in the on-premise market in and around Melbourne by focusing on keg sales.
Responsibilities
- Grow existing relationships in on-premise
- Open and develop new accounts in on-premise
- Increase brand awareness through in-venue activations
- Run staff training sessions
Attributes
- You must have strong existing relationships in Melbourne venues through a similar role, either current or recent (applications without this experience will not get a response)
- You must be able to work autonomously and proactively with the ability to create an effective journey plan
- You must demonstrate great passion and knowledge for craft beer
- You must be highly motivated and resilien
